Job Title:
Committee Officer (permanent)
Salary: £26,873 – £28,770 FTE (pro rata for 25 hours)
Hours: 25 hours per week (flexible but to include Mondays and Fridays) + attendance at some evening meetings (overtime payable)

This role includes creating meeting agendas and minutes, liaising with participants and managing all administration relating to the Council’s committee structure.

Administration Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)

Job Title: Administration Officer (maternity leave cover up to 12 months)
Salary: £24,294 – £26,421 FTE (pro rata)
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (to be agreed; flexible but ideally to include a Tuesday)

This role includes creating and scheduling social media posts across the council’s platforms and profiles, updating the website, managing customer enquiries and dealing with a range of administrative functions.
