A Night at the Musicals
Join us at ‘Le Cabaret Club’, where you’ll be entertained with famous songs from the musicals, from shows such as High Society, Cabaret and Les Misérables, to more recent works including Heathers and We Will Rock You. Follow the story of Lucy the waitress who longs to be a cabaret singer at the club, but will she achieve her dream, in the face of dire adversity and her ludicrous boss? Performed by the Leighton Buzzard Drama Group, this original show will please all musical fans! September 21-23 at 7.45pm. Tickets £15 (including booking fee), Concessions £13. Leighton-Linslade Gala Orchestra
Leighton-Linslade Gala Orchestra presents 'At the movies' - an hour of music suitable for all ages. Conducted by Dennis Pim, and joined by a choir consisting of members of Rising Voices and Open Voices, under the direction of Victoria Stead. Sunday 24th September at 3:30pm at St Barnabas Church, Linslade, LU7 2NR. The concert will be free of charge, with donations going to Citizens Advice Leighton-Linslade

Ceilidh
The Town Mayor invites you to a Ceilidh on Saturday 7 October from 7pm at Astral Park Sports & Community Centre. Tickets are priced at £10 per person. No food included, please feel free to bring your own snacks. There will be a bar – please do not bring your own drinks. There will also be a raffle on the night. Where possible, please bring cash. Tickets are available to purchase from the White House, or online through Eventbrite.

We have created a host of fun activities to choose from whether you are an individual, a team, family, friends, colleagues or part of a great community group, and we are calling on our community to get into the spookiness of Halloween, get involved in support the amazing work of Keech Hospice Care. Safer Streets Competition
As part of the Bedfordshire Safer Streets initiative, we are running a competition for residents across Bedfordshire to create digital art, a short animation and/or a short film to help to raise awareness about Public Sexual Harassment. Entries must look to raise awareness about Public Sexual Harassment, so that we can help to raise a generation who are equipped to challenge harassment, to empathise with those who experience it; and who never become perpetrators of this everyday violence.

Coming to Leighton Buzzard on Sunday 15 October and Saturday 25 November, can your team solve it in time? Two hours on the clock, evidence gone missing, a murder going to trial, will they get away with it? Scavenger hunt meets escape game, an interactive outdoor adventure against the clock!
Linslade Lower School is 110 years old!
To celebrate our 110 birthday, we will be holding two open sessions showcasing our 'Linslade Lower School Museum". Friday 3 November from 14:00-16:00 for current families. Saturday 4 November 10:00-14:00 for current families, past pupils and staff. Come along and marvel at our wonderful history, see how much things have changed and share happy memories!
