The Children's Trail, NEW Trail in the Trees

This year is an incredibly special year as August 2022 marks the 10th Birthday anniversary of the Leighton-Linslade Children Trail.

To celebrate this occasion, we organised a special story themed party on at Linslade Recreation Grounds, where we launched  the new temporary Trail in the Trees.

The trail will be available (weather permitting) until the end of 2022. This temporary Trail which was inspired by three wonderful books; “Because of an Acorn” by Lola M Schaefer & Adam Schaefer, “Mama Miti” by Donna Jo Napoli, and “The Lorax” by Dr. Seuss. The students at Cedars Upper & Linslade School have created twelve beautiful ceramic tiles using images from one the books mentioned, and they will be on display until the end of the year – weather permitting.
