TACTIC Wellbeing Event

Come down to Astral Park Sports and Community Centre, LU7 4AY on Thursday 1^st June from 11am – 3pm and visit our Wellbeing Event.

TACTIC will be providing a variety of mindfulness tasters as well as information on nutrition & mental health, mindset & limiting beliefs, ideas & resources,  practical tips and a range of support information as well as their own services, provisions & Summer Programme.
