23rd April 2023 and 3rd August 2023.  The BIG day out for little kids is coming to Leighton Buzzard for the first time ever! A fun-filled festival – designed especially for under 10’s, filled with all the fun and games your family could want to make this exciting day out one to remembered! There is an incredible Under 5’s area for mini guests, filled with bouncy castles, soft play, ball pool, ride on’s and other fun toys and games.

24th December: The Annual Christmas Carols in the High Street takes place on Christmas Eve from 7pm. Organised by the Leighton-Linslade Rotary Club, this family event is a great start to the Christmas festivities bringing the town together.

Usually September: A family friendly Movie, Gaming and Comic Festival held at Brooklands Middle School, raising money for Charity. This years chosen charity is Keech Hospice. Follow the link to find out more

July – Date TBC: Linslade Obedience and Ringcraft Club hold their annual Companion Dog Show in Linslade Recreation Ground. The Show is open to all and is a fund raising event for two local charities, usually dog or animal related.

The second Saturday of July: Leighton-Linslade Carnival is held in Parson’s Close Recreation Ground from 11am until 4pm. The Carnival raises money for good causes and is a great family friendly event with stalls, rides, the float procession and more.

Friday 3rd June : Due to the change in bank holiday. This usually takes place on May Day but in 2022 it will be taking place in June. The event welcomes many stalls (trade, food and charity) which fill the High Street. There is a funfair and children’s rides in Church Square and Parson’s Close Recreation Ground.

Wednesday 22nd June: This event usually takes place on the fourth Wednesday in June each year. Summer time fun for your little ones! Entertainment arena, programme of entertainment, attractions and rides, free activities and crafts, shopping stalls and food and drink for everyone to enjoy.

Saturday 11th June see an impressive truck convoy make its way through Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. Meeting at an end location for celebration event raising money for charity. Visit their official Facebook page for more information.

Sunday 26th June: the rally is a popular event held at Pages Park, displaying around 100 vintage and classic cars, buses, commercial, military and other service vehicles. There is no charge for entry to the show for entrants and visitors, but donations are appreciated from both.
