Personnel Sub Committee

Summary: 

The Personnel Sub-Committee meets on a quarterly basis or as required to review staffing related policies, receive updates on performance and sickness absence and to consider any other matters relating to Town Council employees.

Although meetings are open to the public, it is likely that most agenda items for this sub committee would be considered in confidential session.
