Free Technology Helpline and Face to Face Support

Citizens Online’s Digital Champions can provide support with navigating new technology or accessing online services such as booking online appointments, grocery shopping or connecting with friends and family.
They offer free over the telephone support or can organise face-to-face assistance in a public space such as Leighton Buzzard Library.
Tablet Loan Scheme
In partnership with Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity, we can now offer residents of Leighton-Linslade the opportunity to loan a tablet or prepaid router free of charge. This is subject to a referral from one of our Citizens Online Digital Champions.

Free Digital Drop In Sessions at the Chatty Café
Digital Drop in Sessions are now available at The Chatty Café on Tuesdays 10:00-13:00. These take place at the TACTIC Centre, 17 Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 1EZ. Pop by for support alongside free tea and cake!
