The Big Plan was published in 2007 and set out the improvements the community of Leighton Buzzard and Linslade wanted to see over the next 20 years. The Town Council is now revisiting the Big Plan and bringing it up-to-date.

The Town Council produces a newsletter "News From the White House" which is available to residents in Leighton-Linslade.  The newsletter is designed to keep residents informed of the latest Council initiatives and gives information on the dates of Council meetings and of community events in the town. The newsletter can also be picked up from any of the following locations:

  • Leighton-Linslade Town Council (The White House, Hockliffe Street)
  • Tesco (Vimy Road)
  • Morrisons (Lake Street)
  • Waitrose (West Street)
  • Aldi (Vimy Road)
