Living History

Saturday 7th October 2017
11:00 – 16:00

Our Living History event reaches the medieval period, where trebuchets and siege engine’s were common place, and the local moneyer made the coins for trade at the markets.

Meet with the wandering Falconer and browse the fletcher and arrow makers stall to select your set of fletching’s for the imminent skirmish between two opposing sides.

Discover the sights and smells of the medieval kitchen alongside the medieval chapel, discovering the important role which the Church has in Medieval Leighton Buzzard, whilst our scribe uses calligraphy and traditional quills to pen the tales of the time.

All of this and more takes place alongside our Charter & Pop Up Market on Saturday 7th October in the High Street.
