Leighton-Linslade, home to a world renowned sand industry, is strategically located in the extreme south-west of Bedfordshire.  The local plan includes over 40 acres designated for industrial, commercial and warehouse use, all of which benefit from easy access to the town's bypass.

Leighton-Linslade is an ideal place to establish and develop your business. Surrounded by attractive and diverse countryside, mixed woodlands and heaths can be found to the north whilst river scenery runs around and between the two town centres.  The Grand Union Canal, providing both freight movement and recreation, passes through Linslade and the Chiltern Hills, rising over 800 feet, give beautiful panoramic views across the countryside.   

Industrial and business areas are located primarily on the South and West sides of Leighton, with a growing labour market to support it.   There are a range of available commercial premises, from the newly constructed industrial and warehouse units on the Chartmoor Estate to light industrial units on the Pages Park and Cherry Court Way Estates.
