Allotments

The Town Council provides allotments at two locations, Alwins Field (off Knaves Hill), Linslade and Weston Avenue (off Stanbridge Road), Leighton Buzzard.

The allotments have car parking facilities and access to water.  Due to very high demand, there is a waiting list for the above sites.

To prevent trespass, the sites are padlocked and new allotment holders can obtain keys from:

If you are an existing allotment holder and your details have changed, please let us know so that we can update our records. If you are having difficulty in maintaining your current allotment and would prefer to reduce it to a half plot please contact us on the number above. The other half can then be re-allocated to a resident from the waiting list which is maintained by the Council.

The Council would like to remind all tenants to ensure that their allotments are regularly worked and are kept in a generally good condition and that they adhere to the rules and regulations set out in their Agreements.
